PROJECT DETAILS:
In New Egypt, NJ, DEC Construction completed a full exterior renovation that completely refreshed the look of this home. We installed CertainTeed MainStreet vinyl siding in Colonial White with a Double 5″ Clapboard profile, providing a clean, timeless base. As a bold accent, we added James Hardie Board and Batten siding in a combination of Arctic White and Midnight Black, creating striking contrast and architectural interest. To complement the design, we installed OKNA 500 Series Deluxe windows in black, enhancing both style and energy efficiency. We also installed new Englert Standing Seam Metal Roofing in Matte Black over some of the windows for a sharp finish.
The renovation was rounded out with all-new white vinyl soffit, aluminum fascia, and black gutters and downspouts, tying the look together with sharp, modern finishes. The result is a home that blends classic and contemporary elements for a dramatic transformation. Be sure to check out the before and after photos of this project to see the stunning difference.
