PROJECT DETAILS:
DEC Construction had the opportunity to help restore a home that was damaged by fire, giving the homeowners a fresh start with a complete exterior renovation. We installed CertainTeed MainStreet vinyl siding in Pacific Blue with a Double 5″ Dutch Lap profile, bringing vibrant color and renewed character to the home.
To complement the siding, we added all-new white trim, soffit, fascia, and gutters, creating a crisp contrast that highlights the design.
Behind the scenes, our team also repaired the damaged framing to ensure a solid foundation for the exterior. Once the structure was secured, we completed the project with a new roof using GAF Timberline HDZ® shingles in Fox Hollow Gray, providing long-lasting protection and a clean, modern finish. This restoration not only rebuilt the home but also gave it a stronger, more beautiful exterior for years to come.
